I have not heard anything significant in a while. Conductus or SCON will announce some testing units sold, and generally do not disclose the full terms of the contract (i.e. how much stock they gave the buyer to "buy" the filters). But no real sense of widespread implementation yet. i have not looked at them for a while, then again there has been no announcement from Helx that they have been selling major stuff to these guys, which would be a good leading indicator.
