Hi L92, I have very little exposure in real estate relative to investments. There is still some REIT stuff in one account I manage for others, but its a small portion of the total. It's actually performed quite well on a total return basis after just being an income generator for several years while the stock sagged.

AIM's been happy to take some nice LIFO profits there as well. Since the FED has been cutting rates, the price/share has risen nicely.

The trickle down to the real estate market has taken quite a while. It will be interesting to see just how deep it goes. One can guess that if real estate gets weak, then there will be loan loss reserve increases at banks and thrifts. And so on.....

Best regards, Tom
