You're looking at a Reuters rewrite. The release was actually out in the form of MCLD filing its 10Q. They didn't do a formal company press release that I can find. But the 10Q is filed and it details about whatever you want to know.

Of note, MCLD is now approximately $66 Million of gross margin short from being able to cover its interest cost in full each quarter from cash flows. They can get there either through further reductions of expenses, increased sales, or a combination of both.
