Actually, I think the question is "what would the OTHER person say if I asked him which is the WRONG door?" Then go through the door the person points to.

Ask the liar, and he know that the truth teller would point to the wrong door, but the liar lies about that answer and so he points to the other door, which turns out, of course, to be the right door.

Ask the truth teller, and he will know that if you asked the liar which was the wrong door he would lie and point you to the right door. So since he tells the truth about which door the liar would point to, he points to the right door.

Either way, they have pointed to the right door.
