DuPont and CDT Sign Agreement dupont.com This will enable DuPont to produce both active and passive light emitting polymer display devices, thereby supporting the implementation of DuPont Displays' business model. I wanted to investigate the active/passive angle a bit more, but the DuPont and Uniax websites keep stalling my browser and I've had enough of that for now. I read the Technology Review interview; it was interesting. For a big, old company, DuPont has its act together. No doubt it's true that "you don't live to be a two-century-old firm without reinventing yourself several times." OUT with pharmaceuticals and energy IN with displays and bio-based materials (not to mention superconductors) BTW, they're working with Genencor on Sorona. WT
