Monday Dec 3 2001 News Release

Mr. Chris Reindler reports

A further two exploration licences, covering a total of 410 square kilometres, have been applied for in South Australia. These exploration licences were applied for on the basis of strong geophysical targets identified from the company's own substantial aeromagnetic database of the Gawler Craton. The targets all lie within the Gawler Craton and are considered to have potential for base metal mineralization. These applications were applied for on a 50/50 equity interest with Ellendale Resources NL, an Australian public listed company.

Inco Limited option agreement -- Mt. Carulina, South Australia

An additional exploration licence of approximately 46 square kilometres in size has been applied for at this location and adjoins the existing exploration licence which is the subject of an option agreement with Inco Limited. It is expected that drilling on this project will commence early next year, once Aboriginal site clearance work has been carried out.

WARNING: The company relies upon litigation protection for "forward-looking" statements.
