I forgot who said: "It is better to listen to a bear who is wrong than a bull who is wrong because a bear only costs you lost opportunities and a bull costs you money." Not if you happen to be playing the short-end of the stick... A more important thing to remember is that the market works both ways. Ignoring the ripe shorting opportunities the past week is just plain silly. And when the selling dries up, go the other way. Too much hand wringing going on, and not enough market analysis..
