I see 3 patents to "Integral Vision" One to "Intergral Vision" <gg> (guess how I found that) and a slew to Medar relating to machine vision No idea if their IP is worth more than their market cap of $3M. They've sold off various parts of themselves and have hemorrhaged cash for a while. I guess the gamble is, would someone be interested in their IP now or their assets later. They DID get $25M for their welding division, and they must have an adequate OLED inspection product since Kodak and Uniax bought them. OTOH, they don't have the resources to take advantage of that opportunity as things stand now, so it's buyout, bust, or new funding from sommerz. JF
