Daytrading is a totally different beast from overnight swing trading and longer term buy and hold or position trading. With the right instincts and discipline, I have no doubt that some very high % win streaks can be put together.

In fact, daytrading is a perfect example of the iteration/reiteration debate we had earlier. You take a position and if it doesn't move right, you reiterate and run like hell.

Not many people have the instincts and discipline to do it well (Zeev certainly does, for all those who think I am bashing him mercilessly).

I am more interested in long-term single stock stories for my own portfolio. I play the opposite end of the spectrum from the momentum crowd. And as long as I continue to beat the market averages soundly, I will probably stick to my strengths.
