Bob, O.K., so todays (7/3/97) release has it wrong. No matter, I couldn't find squat (pertaining to IMMM/NAMX and Petroclas's joint venture:( I shall dig even deeper. Looking back over the previous press releases, I find it interesting that in today's announcement it states that "Ebeling said the company has received more than $1.25 million of a $5 million private placement commitment through First Sydney Capital Limited..." 1. If First Sydney Capital Limited is fronting the cash, then perhaps someone here on this thread with a persuasive demeaner could wrangle some information from them? 2. Why would ANYONE front monies to "unproven" technology unless they were given information about TWO RECENTLY DRILLED WELLS? The (two)wells were completed by May 31,1997. The announcement of a go-ahead with the cash advance on July 3, 1997. Thats a 30+ day time frame to "evaluate" the wells IMHO. 3. As I write this, I remember someone posting earlier that in today's release that "Test well geology and reservoir data are being processed and analyzed." -- You don't "process" an empty well! { At least I don't think ya do?!? } Do ya? Still thinking and hoping Theo
