Yes, Jorj. If she mothered 2 additional children with him even though a psychiatrist told her that he was mentally unbalanced & needed therapy and she did nothing......I would place the blame on both--assuming, of course, that he was the parent tending to the children 24 hrs a day, while she was at work. All circumstances being equal--Yes, of course, I would hold her just as responsible. He was informed she needed help & he did nothing but add to her stress by enlarging the family--that was totally irresponsible to the point of being criminal.
