Well, as of the open today (February 26), DYX is halted/suspended again for failing to file its financials for the quarter and year ended September 2001. No surprises there. Last year it took about two and half months before they were re-instated for trading. Hopefully it won't be the end of this thing this time. It may be worth trying to follow the trail on some of the members of the board, to try and get information from them somehow: cdnx.com It's too bad we, as shareholders, are left completely in the dark on this one. If you manage to make contact, please consider posting (and thanks in advance). At least you're not alone, putting in a significant portion of capital into this company. One thing I wish was still available was the free market depth provided by the CDNX prior to the amalgamation with the TSE. It was good to know just how many orders there were, the sizes of holdings, etc. Ben
