Not "shift the blame to"....rather just hold him at least responsible for putting his children
in harms way by not protecting them from a mother who he knew was mentally
unbalanced. By not even mentioning his responsibilities to the children, her trial resembles a
witch hunt.

As far as the case in Cal, assuming all things were equal.....yes, she should take some of the responsibility for the children's deaths.
Did she know of his mental state?.....Did she try to get him psychological help?....Had she tried
to protect the children from him?
