pcstel- GPRS on 3G spectrum... if the license requirements were rescinded and the governments were complicit in the elimination of the public's right to access third gen mobile services, would the increased spectrum enable GPRS to carry, say, full fledged MMS? Message 16946162

I'd guess the clarity of the defeat would reverse such a decision within a year and accelerate the transition to CDMA.
