As later events in Russian history would prove conclusively, the rush to cart off the national wealth and put it into tax havens is something that has been very well reported in our press. Russia, in the wake of the era of perestroika was described as a kleptocracy.

How you can distinguish that crowd of crooks from the ones in this country who make use of all of the the services of
OCRA: ocra.com, Artful Andersen, with all their connections to Mahonia, a subsidiary of JP Morgan, etc. is quite beyond me. The game is exactly the same. Elites and criminals moving wealth out of the country of origin.

Re: Please provide an example or 2 of what these "misdirected expenditures" were and what parrellels you see in our own bloated "business of government"
