Helix Technology Corporation Announces Pricing of Follow-On Public Offering
MANSFIELD, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 14, 2002--Helix Technology Corporation (NASDAQ:HELX - news) announced today that it has priced its previously announced public offering of 3,000,000 shares of common stock at $20.25 per share. The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 450,000 shares of common stock from the Company solely to cover over-allotments, if any.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, including for working capital and capital expenditures.
