It seems the market is responding better to Uncle Al's "No change" than to his previous "Cuts".<g> Still the 1.75% is supposed to be a 40 year L.<g> Bernard: With a two month breather until the next FED meeting we could see the market move up after today's low volume profit taking... The economic numbers are improving... That should outweigh the prospects of small rate increases on a low base over the next 6 to 12 months... Jim
