This is good. I am learning a lot about the ethics and strategies of people in the Market. So far you are in the majority, which surprises me. But there it is.

I am hearing over and over that "the way to succeed in the Market is to think like a crook" and "accept if for what it is". I hate that idea, but if that's the secret to succcess, then I can't argue.

Tell me one thing though. Why did the short position in ESST ramp up to 40% of the float after they beat earnings by 10 cents? Why would there be such a heavy short action on a stock with a PEG of .40 and PE of 11? Plus how did they make it work? Was it all the paid bashers that a Hedge Fund hired to post on Yahoo that got the ball rolling or something else?

Wouldn't it make more sense if people shorting TER, a $31 stock that will lose .97 eps this year?

I admit, I am naive about that.
