thoughts on STOR, MS initiated STOR as underweight but "Thinks stock should be valued in $5-$7 range"

cbs.marketwatch.com arts&symb=STOR&sid=181282&time=8

I do agree with $5-$7. STOR "ended the quarter with $273.5 million in cash and marketable investments" They stoped spending on SMS infrastructure spending and focused on its software for now. Cash burning basically stopped. Even though current corporate IT spending remains miserable. STOR does have a real cash value and potential future growth whenever economy does pick up. MS's underweight is mainly because they are not sure how well STOR's software business will do compared to other established vendors. $5-$7 is based on as long as STOR can do as well as it is doing now.
