LG, his role in the NASDAQ Price Fixing case against MM's (i.e. Market Makers was something of which I was not aware.

from the article:
He was the "lead attorney in a price-fixing case against Nasdaq's market-makers, winning a settlement of $1 billion, one of the largest ever for an antitrust class-action suit."
