Nok, (3) out-of-favor low PE stocks may be ready to buy here or start averaging into on the next pullbacks (tomorrow if AMAT earnings disapoint at all? or soon) ---

ESST - PEG of .55, forward PE of about 14, heavy short position on wild rumors seem to be subsiding now. Stock was $20 in AH after recently beating earnings by 10 cents.
Gross Margins improved to 43% indicating strong demand for their DVD products, announced agreement today with NEC today on recordable DVD which are expected to grow 150% per year.

MIR - dropped from recent $14 to just below $8 recently. PE below 5, so this is a value play, not a growth one. Company recently beat earnings by 3 cents, but guided a bit lower. Growth still expected this year and next. Company is working real hard and well to reduce debt and show Wall Street that it is being smart in its approach.

Also ORB - I was hoping it would pullback and retest at $5+, but looks like this may be about it. Recently $8+ after big BA contract award; EPS expected to be over 70 cents a share next year, so might be a good one.
