Dragonboy, thanks for the invite....didn't know about this thread....I am mostly a day trader with some medium term positions....but with Dell I am usually in and out in a couple days or so...I find todays action to be incredible and have a bad habit of stepping in front of frieght trains....I cant say for sure whether today was the top or not , but I've been doing this long enough that my gut tells me that today was nothing more that a short squeeze. I believe that over the weekend the news from Compaq and HP will be digested a little better and when the price cuts are looked at more closely and the price war becomes more apparent, then the market will come to its senses realize that todays DELL price was in the stratosphere, and the smart guys will take profits. I think you could get an easy 5-6 points down right off the bat on Monday morning. Been wrong before, but been right more often....best off luck.....;^)
