It is not a question of what we know, for we know very little. 'Not knowing' is one of the fundamental parameters of the game. We do not even know whether the purchasing power of 1 USD is going up or down, much less anything else worth knowing.
For example, while the USD is falling, HK prices are deflating, even as my NAV, in USD term, rises ...

So, back to RAD.
RAD will flip and flop, like a head without shoulders, and will, in time, either disappear or rise, and that is also one of the fundamental rules of the game.
RAD is not where the action is, and so no one will give two hoots about RAD, except the insiders, like Trini bandits in the night, but in broad daylight. We can safely leave RAD in the care of time.
Forget about RAD until I remind you of it.
