Jim, my take is the index bleeding will continue for some time, no one wants to face the simple fact that many big cap stocks are overvalued, and that has to be worked off.
Earnings have a long way to go to catch up to stock valuations, so what will happen first? Earnings go up or market caps go down?
And we are still the laughing stock of the investing world, and that has to be fixed. Soon.

The FED will have to raise rates at some point too, and what happens then? The pudits tell us our whole economy depends on consumers to keep consuming, or else, so what happens when people come to their senses and realize they are digging a big debt hole for themselves?
I just can't grasp this thinking going forward.

Asia is a good place to invest, look what S. Korean markets have done the past year. And the rat stocks, of course!

I would hope someone in Leahy's family has some shares...At any rate, JMAR knows, or is learning how to play the political game.
Having a super hi-tech next-gen research plant in a tiny state can get you noticed, and thus get you some of that serious govt research cash...
The same research cash that INVN was getting when it was also a 2 buck stock.
