Jim, no overseas investor wants to see his capital go poof if another terrorist attack happens in the US, because I think everyone knows that the indexes will get hit hard if something bad happens. I also think the French & Brit markets face the same risk.
The fact that nothing bad has happened in some time makes me wonder, are they planning for things around the 4th of July, or do the FBI & CIA have a good handle on things?

I still have my over-riding SPX puts to offset my total market exposure, and they are so far into the green I may just cash them in and restart at a new zero basis.
I do agree with the SPX analysis you posted.
