You'll notice that they didn't investigate the Bush/Harris orchestrated purge of the voter rolls, which was the only potentially serious (numerically) issue. Big surprise there :) Guess Jeb Bush got good value when he fired the company holding the old contract to maintain the voter rolls (at a cost of $5300 per year :) and hired the new one for $ 4.3 million.
