Jim, don't underestimate the people at the business end of the controls of a nuclear arsenal. Which brings up the real reason we are making Afghanistan & Pakistan our new military homes. To "oversee" who has command & control of Pakistan's nuclear arsenal. Think about it.. William: OK... I thought about it... : > ...
