$700,000,000.00 asset value for WCOM wireless is based on $30 per subscriber (a bit less than it costs to attract a new subscriber). I've heard this number used a couple of times in the media. So maybe better to say ~ $500,000,000.00 or even less but net net it's good for WCOM as it's money losing and will provide some cash sale value.

$200,000,000.00 annual cash burn for WCOM wireless is a number I have heard quoted a few times, most recently by Vic Grover in his interview yesterday.

Intergroup allocations are charges where MCI "bills" WCOM for services and Visa versa. Grover has stated a few times rolling the two together results is $800,000,000.00 added to EBITA.
