here's some crooks---the big short houses in GNTA. GNTA short interest nearly went up 4 fold from winter to early spring without a single broker downgrade. It clearly appears to me that shorts had illegal insider info on patient enrollment statistics in Phase III studies of Genasense. they knew info that the study could not possibly be completed by summer. once armed with this illegal info, the big short houses shorted extremely aggressive while the rest of us, of course, didn't have knowledge of this because it hadn't been released to public.

then just recently in May, GNTA announced delay in Phase III trials and the stock plummeted.

can't get more blatant than that! insider info on delays in Phase III drug trials is very important and for some to get advance knowledge of this while the rest of us have no clue is TOTALLY FUKING UNACCEPTABLE!
