So, Tricky Dickie Cheney met with Kenny Boy on April 16, 2001 and the two of them decided they could continue giving California "a good sweating" because California wasn't a possible electoral hope for the Bush Putsch in 2004. Days later Cheney came out in favor of "free markets" for California which in aggregate cost California a $50 Billion asset transfer to the criminal class of Houston.
