The story said it will be a short term loan till the IMF loan comes through. You have to wonder just where in the heck this so called loan money comes from? Thin air seems the best description. So, I am turning negative again, I just don't understand how this b/s just keeps repeating... War with Iraq? I think they are nuts for even considering it.
