Sure, and they're lucky to get anything... and where is that 100 Million going every year? Who has it, clearly not the people, they still live in squalor and in tents, they have no hospitals, and their kids go to school only to learn how to blow themselves up... duh!!! Surely, if they were also a democracy as Israel is, and built a commerce for themselves as they should, then they would also receive more... helloooooo, is anybody in there? Damn, you're pretty free with other people's money... you're probably a socialist of some sort... it figures... I earn a fortune each year and I pay a load of taxes, I don't need people like you pissing it away for me by giving it to people who want to destroy my life style... I say fuck 'em... GZ
