Thanks Ben:

Very informative and helpful! I appreciate your time and effort on posting your findings. People like you make threads like this very good. However, although I personally "believe" your general points (although slightly slanted to bias..ha ha), people must be aware that not everything stated here is fact. People can make up anything! Due dilegence (or DD) is vital in picking a stock(s) - unfortunately, sometimes that can be difficult and time consuming, occasionally leading to uninformed and "guess" picks.
Things don't look all that hot right now for DAK - gravel deal or not. However, like MANY other stocks, they are mainly promotionally hyped companies looking to acquire properties and monies to explore them. The short term prospects are not great, but who knows, a little money ($1,000,000 private placement and if - and I mean if - there's some money flowing out of the gravel deal) may help things out considerably. Numerous times, especially with some of my fathers stock picks, I've seen a stock sit idle in the .20 to .40 range for years and then break out to the $1-2 range. Of course that may be a year down the road with DAK...if at all. On the other side of the coin, those TWO "employees" may fold up the tent, make DAK a "shell" company and wait for someone to take it over. Time is also a factor to some of you, and I can appreciate that.... But hey, the gullable sometimes get sucked in...this is probably my worst play right now. FYI, I bought in @ 0.35
