Deutsche Bank has 11.3 pct stake in WorldCom

WASHINGTON, Aug 12 (Reuters) - Germany's Deutsche Bank AG (XETRA:DBKGn.DE - News) holds an 11.3 percent stake in bankrupt WorldCom Group Inc. (Other OTC:WCOEQ.PK - News), according to a regulatory filing released on Monday.

This type of 13G filing is made by institutions or large investors with passive investment objectives in a company. They are not required to list transaction dates or prices.

The German bank reported it held 13.4 million common shares of WorldCom, according to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing.

BTW, how is 13 million shares equal to 11%? I see almost 3 billion shares outstanding. Or are we getting a sneak preview into the future? ;-(
