Jim, as of this morning, I look for 2 FED cuts by year end, 1/4 point each, one in Sept. & one in Nov. seem most likely, as the markets we be in bad shape in the fall, and the FED and the PPT will want to juice the xmas spending season...
It might not do anything, but heck, Joe Six Pack will think Alan & Co. are on the job....
Dog HSR is showing an improving chart on mini volume..

Other than that, things are choppy...

The long term 10 year Treas. Note charts are making new lows... Two 1/4 point rate cuts seem more likely than they did weeks ago...

On the P&F chart we have a double bottom breakdown... Sub 40 readings break new ground to the downside... 39.59 could act as support above that level or resistance below it... A close below 39.59 sets up those rate cuts...

HSR looks to revisit the 1.50 area...
