Ben: Good commentary! As for calling DAK...well, I think I'll hold off a while (but your point is well made, as it's generally a good idea to keep in touch with a company), because I don't want to waste their time on me when they could be...oh, finalizing a gravel deal or something? I would like to part with a quote that Kraemer often says on Seinfeld, "Gggggiiittttttyyyyyyy up DAK!" :-) Take care... Oh, by the way Ben, try to have a lot of eggs in DIFFERENT baskets...having half your portfolio in DAK is very bold - I hope things work out. However, who the hell am I to judge?! Ha. Good investing.
