I'll tell you who's jealous. N. Poet bakes three or four times a week, and look at this, which I was foolish enough to show him:

. I'm dying to make butternut squash ravioli with sage butter sauce

I was given a pasta machine as a present, but all the strands of spaghetti stuck together and made one big strand of spaghetti a couple of inches across so I made my son take it. Taking that was a condition of getting my food processor.

I'm going to go offline for a few hours and prove to him that although I"m not making ravioli or danish, I'm not totally useless.
