Also, some signs are more strongly protected under the First Amendment as politically based opinions (e.g., "Bush sucks" or "Reagan sucks") while some are less protected by the First Amendment because they are merely historical or factually descriptive in nature (e.g., "The Sun Will Rise Tomorrow" or "Clinton sucks").
