Oops ....I left out the Calamari Salad and and Fritte.... Fritte dipped in seasoned flour and cooked quickly in Olive Oil till golden brown and the Calimari just tender removed from the pan then added some butter/olive oil and garlic/herbs and quenched with squeezed lemon and then tossed with the Calmari ... Ooh , I haven't had breakfast yet ...time to stop ! hehe ;-) PS I think I know what I am having for dinner tonight ...or even lunch !
