I will also tell you that I don't always agree with everything in an article or an Op-Ed that I happen to post. Sometimes I put things on a thread to stimulate discussion...I think that's OK too last time I checked...Many that know me well (and Scott Mantz has met me in person) would claim that I'm someone who is pretty down to earth and open-minded...Do I care about this country...?? You bet I do...I was 100% behind the Administration during the Gulf War and after the 9/11 attack...Yet, I am concerned about how The Bush Administration is managing the economy and hyper-focussing on Iraq...Am I concerned that launching 'pre-emptive strikes' on other nations will set a bad precedent and could have some unintended consequences..?? You bet I am...Can I be patriotic and still disagree with some of our leaders..?? Last time I checked I could. <<...After 80 or so one sided, adgenda laden, factually & credibility lacking postings, one would think that those with an opposing POV might want to gripe just a little bit IMVHO.>> That's your opinion. I will say that since I have been posting on this thread and others in the last 24 hours I have received a number of positive responses to some of my posts. Others disagree with me or with an article I posted. That's OK -- we all have our own perspective on things.
