Hi Poet, well, we're gearing up for the big Hurricane... I may even have to look up the Recipe for the Famed New Orleans Hurricanes... one can not walk more than a block in the French Quarter without seeing someone walking around with one of those in there hands... and it seems to me the bars are open 24/7 there... no wonder Cajuns are so much fun -g- John
