If Saddam and Iraq need to be dealt with they need to be dealt with.

The fact that some other militant is amassing missiles on the border of a country they have decided to hate is not a reason to ignore Iraq. If anything, it is a reason to deal even more harshly with the countries in that region who are sponsoring terrorism.
