Odd of you to call my post weak and suggest perhaps I'm tongue tied, when you recently failed to respond at all to me, RE:

Talk about a weak defense!

Re: "Regulation works"

What, you think that by stating that you show yourself to have made a stronger argument? Regulation is a prime means through which which corporate fraud is designed. Regulations negate a changing world and common sense when cried for.

Re: "Your "freedom works" is beginning to appear to readers here to be nothing more that a superstition or a religious dogma, based not on rational examination of the facts and real world, but rather some fantasy that unfortunately is unhinged from reality."

Fortunately, the notion that Freedom Works is both extremely appealing and worthy of examination. The basis for it is historically extensive. Without the Republican Individual Freedoms(or RIF, as I've made it up) our Constitution provides to us individuals in the USA, we would be much worse off. Markets, goods, services, and jobs would have been controlled by regulation centered in the hands of the few, to a far greater extent than we now experience, long ago. Those few would be richer and the poor poorer, if individual freedom weren't mandated.

Freedom Works,
