Because he loves me more! Won the lottery three times so far, and counting. <g>

Lotteries are an innovative way to fight poverty. You take money from a whole bunch of poor people, pool it together, and give it to one of those poor people. The recipient is no longer poor, so you have made progress in the fight against poverty. Rinse and repeat, and after 20 million years there will be no more poor people. In the U.S., anyways.
