The ballots are already out to absentees, I read some may have already been returned. And the most troubling aspect is that his resignation was solely due to the fact that he was losing in the polls (due to ethical lapses for which he tried to compare himself to Clinton, as if that would help).

I am troubled that the primary system can be gamed in that fashion. The NJ law says too late (pretty much in so many words) and yet the NJ Supreme Court says never mind. I find that troubling.
