Given that the US is seeing dire market conditions, companies either completely unable or unwilling to look forward, profits slump, and general financial turmoil - not to mention a looming federal deficit - a few questions occur to me.

1) Does Bush have an economic policy?
2) What is it?
3) When will it start?
4) How and why will it make things better?
5) There was that tax cut with 95% of the benefit going to the richest 5%... was that it?
