It doesn't make sense to me that the solution to poorly-spent taxpayers' money is to tax less. I'd say it's to make sure it's spent better. No one is recommending government handouts here, BE. My point is that I think Bush's tax relief for the super-rich is a bad idea. BTW, I'm not sure if you saw my posts to Laz yesterday, but I'm making it very clear that I'm not going to get into political discussions that involve put-downs. So if you're looking for one, I'm not the right person. I do know an unhappy bull shark in a septic tank who enjoys that kind of thing though. -g
