Matt: I've heard rumors that Richard Grasso of the NY Stock Exchange is being considered as a replacement for Paul O'Neill as Treas Sec... That would be a real confidence builder for the markets... Extending unemployment is a good idea... Bringing back accelerated depreciation tax benefits would spur capital spending as it did in the 80's... The above three occurences would help deliver a knockout blow to the jello economy... Jim
