Poet taxes fluctuate. If 95% of every increase goes to the wealthy and no where near that much of each decrease goes to the wealthy then eventually you just have total socialism which is not only not fair to the wealthy it is unhealthy for the economy that sustains the middle class and the poor as well.

Is there any tax rate that you feel would be unjust for the very wealthy? Also just or unjust can you see how high tax rates discourage the creation of wealth?
