Does the company issue options to employees? Will they retract them as well? If not they've got a heck of a PR problem. Cut off the stockholders and keep diluting their ownership. Well, if it makes you feel any better, all those options granted to employees are underwater anyway, so they aren't dilutive at all! Steve
